To launch a tool that is clear, uncluttered and easy to use. Have solutions that meet users preferences and also can suite to them. Furthermore it’s equiped with functionalites that speed up user workflow.

About designed product

The designed product is a tool for individual doctors, medical institutions and cabinets. It offers a complex of functionalities enabling patient service and medical practice management.

    My approach during the project

    • Arranging closely complementary areas of the tool with easy transfer to a related one.
    • Allowing additional activities to be performed without leaving the context of the current task, so as not to inhibit the workflow.
    • Presentation and aggregation of relevant data with easy access to its details.
    • Functionality to speed up work through the use of templates by adding and reusing them.
    • Ensure constant visibility of the information needed at all times for particular task.

    Summary

    Due to data protection, the information presented in this case study is limited and I’m unable to share specific results or solutions with detailed explanations.

    However, I can share that the design aspect of the project was a success and as a team, we delivered the scope and exceeded the client's expectations.

    The client was very satisfied with the outcome of the project.
